1. Warranty Period:
We offer a comprehensive warranty on all epoxy flooring installations for a period of [10 to 20 years] depending on the resin used and project profile, from the date of installation.  
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

2. Coverage:
This warranty covers the following:
Peeling and Delamination: The flooring will not peel or delaminate from the substrate due to adhesion failure.
Cracking and Flaking: The flooring will remain free from cracking and flaking under normal usage.
Staining and Discoloration: The flooring will resist staining and discoloration from household chemicals and standard cleaning products.
Wear and Abrasion: The flooring will withstand normal wear and abrasion typical of the installed environment.

3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage resulting from improper cleaning practices, misuse, or abuse of the flooring.
Impact Damage: Damage caused by dropping heavy or sharp objects onto the floor.
Substrate Movement: Cracks or issues arising from structural movement, settling, or foundation shifts.
Water Damage: Issues caused by flooding, excessive moisture, or improper moisture barriers.
UV Exposure: Discoloration due to excessive exposure to UV light in unprotected areas.

4. Claim Process:
Contact Us: Notify management via with a description of the issue and any relevant photos.
Inspection: We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue and determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.
Resolution: If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the affected area at no additional cost to you.

5. Maintenance Recommendations:
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your epoxy flooring, we recommend the following maintenance practices:
Regular Cleaning: Sweep and mop the floor regularly using non-abrasive cleaners.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use acidic or abrasive cleaning products that can damage the epoxy surface.
Protective Measures: Use mats or rugs at entryways to reduce wear from foot traffic and dirt.

6. Transferability:
This warranty is transferable to new property owners within the warranty period, provided that we are notified of the ownership change within 45 days.
